Connells are advising this great buy to let property and
have it noted that its being sold with the tenant in situ, however they haven’t
said how much the tenants are paying in rent, so a call would need to be made
to them to check that out.
The asking price is £99,000 and similar properties in this
area of this style are renting in the area for £550.00 pcm, so basing it on
these figures the return would be 6.6% - much better than any bank!
I’ve mentioned properties with tenants in situ before and it's
quite a straight forward when buying a property with a tenant in situ, the
tenancy that they have running, will continue until it's expiry regardless of
the owner and if you have a good agent managing it for you, they will be able
to advise the best course of action at that point.
