Corner and today I start the week back in Poets Corner but with a different

good nick, but make sure you get a viewing before you decide to buy as for some
reason there are no internal photos!

it to achieve and I would say that a possible rental figure for this property
would be in the region of £625.00 pcm,
which would generate you a gross annual yield of 6.0%. Remember though as it is an apartment make
sure you check the lease terms.
