Auction anyone?

Good Morning, I hope you all had nice weekend and enjoyed the sunshine.

Today I am sharing with you this two bedroom flat located in St. Andrews Road, Northampton that I have seen come up for auction with SDL Graham Penny, Derby. The property is going up for sale by auction on Thursday 20th October 2016 at The Pedigree Suite, iPro Stadium, Derby, DE24 8XL, Commencing at 11:30 am.

The guide price is set at £68,000 and if it sells for around this price if could turn into a very profitable investment. It does state in the description that it requires some improvements but with a rental value of around £575 pcm it could turn into one of the best yields i have seen for some time.
