This flat would make a great investment; we already rent out
quite a few in the same development as they appeal to doctors and nurses with
the hospital being so close.
I’m sure I’m not the first person to say the buildings aren't
that easy on the eye but with a return of 7%, I wouldn't be so worried about what the outside looks like.
It’s on the market at £109,995 with Saints Estate agents and
it even comes with a garage, based on other rentals we have that are similar I would
suggest a market rent of £650.00 pcm.
