maisonette on the market for £104,995 and the existing owner is looking to extend the lease with in the cost of the asking price!
It's currently rented out for £525.00 with a long term tenant who wants to remain at the property and I would expect an increase to £550.00 pcm can be expected. With those rental figures your annual return should be between 6% and 6.2%!
