So what is the rental yield, well if we take the annual
income from the rent and divide it by the asking price that give us 5.9%, but
if there is a deal to be done on the asking price this could get better!
Of course when going further in to the sums, remember that most
apartment blocks will be subject to ground rent & services charges, so make
sure you factor this in, when working everything out in more detail…
