Having a little browse this morning of the property
portals I have come across this little gem of an
investment, especially if you are a first time landlord as it

rent out so easily.

We've rented a property recently on the same
development recently for £695.00pcm; however that one had an en-suite so I would
say for this one without an en-suite should achieve rent in the region of
£650.00pcm! This would give you a fantastic annual yield of 6.6%!
Properties with this high a yield potential do not come
to the market very often, so if I were you, I'd get down to the agent and get
yourself a viewing!
