Connells have listed this property for sale over the weekend,
which I know will be popular with investors because there is such huge demand
for them on the rental market & yields like this don’t come up very often
here in Northampton.....
It’s located in East Hunsbury which is a good area

As it’s a leasehold property, I would be inclined to give
Connells a call to find out the information on the lease before jumping in head
