As another week draws to a close I've come across this
little property which could make an easy low risk ‘first time’ investment
property - of course it will also make a great addition to an investment portfolio too!
It's been put on the market by our
friends down the road at Whites and is being offered for sale at £89,995. From
their photos, it looks in good condition and should be OK to rent upon
completion.
Rental demand is strong for these types of properties, so what about
the rent and yield? Well, if we were to say that the rent would be circa of £500.00
pcm, then this would return a decent yield of 6.6%.
