This afternoon I've come across
this modern three bedroom property in the popular residential area of St Crispin’s.

a respectable return of 5% per annum. In the past few months we have seen a
really good demand for such properties and we would estimate a rent increase
could be given to the tenants to increase your potential yield.
There are plenty of other buy
to let deals coming to the market right now, so if you
see any other properties out there and would like my honest opinion on whether
it's good bet or not, I am more than happy to do this. I will also give you a
realistic rental price for it, not an overinflated one to get the sale!
