these is high at the moment and with stock in short supply it’s a great market

looks in really good condition. I reckon the current owners have spent a pretty
penny bringing it up to this level, so it should be letting ready on purchase.
Similar
properties to this have rented around £650.00 - £695.00 pcm, so you could be
looking at a potential annual yield of between 5.6% & 6.0%.
