It came onto Rightmove yesterday with Haart and such properties are in great demand for letting and more importantly, it looks like its in good condition so should be good to go.
With an asking price of £82,500, I reckon the rental value should be in the region of £475 per month delivering a yield of 6.90%. As ever, as it’s a leasehold property, make sure you check out all the terms of the lease before you commit!
