apartment. So you could be on to a
winner here, although it doesn’t say what the tenant is paying in rent I would suggest
a rental amount of £550.00 pcm would be right.
The advertised price Haart have put on this apartment is
£86,995, so if the tenant is paying in region of the market rent then the
annual return would be 7.5% - great hey?! As this is a leasehold property
though, make sure you look into what the service charges and ground rents are
before you commit to anything, the agent that is advertising, should be able to
advise what these costs would be.
