The asking price for this house is £165,000, which I think may be a little bit high, compared to what other two bedroom houses have sold for in the area and let’s face it, it's always nice if you can get a bit off the asking price. If you could purchase it for £155,000, you could achieve rent in the region of £695.00 pcm, then your return would be 5.3% - not bad for a property in such good order and in this location.
