Just popped on to Rightmove and saw this property which has
been reduced with W H Brown so means the figures should now stack up as a good investment. It needs
a little bit of cosmetic work doing to it looking at the photos, but nothing
too expensive!
Being relatively cheap to buy at £95,000, this sort of
property would easily achieve around £495.00 pcm in rental income, once you’ve spruced
it up a bit. So say you paid the full
asking price and spent around £5,000 ‘doing it up’ you would be looking at a
yearly return of 5.9%.
Being at the lower end of the rental market, means that
there is always demand for this type of property, so you can't go far wrong
here if you are looking for a property that will give you minimal void periods.
