morning and noticed this house, which I thought was worth mentioning to you
potential landlords out there.
Whilst the area may not necessarily be everyone's cup of tea, the houses still rent out reasonably quickly, as long as they are in good condition.
It is on the market with Chelton Brown for £119,000, which for 3 bedrooms is cheap, but is also reflective because of the area. We have rented houses similar in the area for £650.00 pcm so this could generate you a yield of 6.5% if you paid the full asking price.
