East Park Parade semi with Connells - One to watch!

Is this an early Christmas present for landlord investors of Northampton? Possibly, but a cracker for homeowners looking for something bigger

Three bed semi has just come on the market for £179,995. Middle league yield and decent capital growth just off East Park Parade.

Not bad inside (see the pictures .. more on the Rightmove link).

I have a good feeling about this one .. one to watch!
