One to Watch in Wootton Commuter Links

On my internet travels, I came across this lovely looking apartment, being a fairly modern block, it's still looking nicely maintained and the current owners obviously have taken care of it as well, you can tell by the decor.

These apartments are popular little ones for landlords to buy as they are close enough to the Town Centre but far enough out to be away from the noise and are also convenient for commuting. 

On the market with Chelton Brown they say its yielding 6.2% which I would say is spot on and would mean a potential market rent of £595pcm.
